into spring and a picnic and homemade cookies
to be judged and tasted in an old historical home
where past a president pondered the affairs of states

on an old rolling Virginian Plantation that once was enveloped
in silence and shuttered against dawns and dusks, that is once
again being revitalized and becoming a grand Belle for the ball.

    Hi –
Just wanted you to know I nominated you for a blog award over on my blog. I know you get so many that you don’t respond, but I wanted my readers to find their way over to your site and eventually over to your B&B.
